CAA Approvals
Velocitair has an Operational Authorisation from the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to carry out commercial UAV operations. Our safety centred approach has been recognised by the CAA who have approved us to operate heavier drones with reduced separation, allowing us to get closer, better quality imaging.
Our pilots are GVC and A2CofC qualified with the CAA
Behind the Scenes
Velocitair founder, Scott Stanton, has 16 years experience in airline flying and has a real thirst for adventure. That combination of pioneering spirit and safety focussed attention to detail is paramount in the problem solving world of the drone operation.
When not flying or behind the lens, he can be found playing with his children usually somewhere near the water, waves or mountains.
